The hitch is made of steel… if you’re a good welder/fabricator it should be possible.

If you buy a pintle lunette, it’s worth noting that some of the standard four bolt ones lack the clearance to work with some farm tractor drawbars. I’d get a plain weld on lunette and weld a thick flatbar on the back side to get some extra clearance.
