Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | Get rid of the Fast Close valve and replace it with a two valve system where the control valve is a standard type that takes 8 seconds to cycle from fully open to fully closed and a standard ON/OFF valve that opens/closes quickly.
Remember this advice as you fight with the Fast Close system. Others may chime in replying that they get along fine with the Fast Close system. My advice is based on my experience as a Tech and personally using a two valve system for about 50 years. Yes, around 50 years as they were first developed locally.
