Texas | We got rid of it . Time you figure in the fuel
for a pickup ( and if its windy its gonna suck out alot )
I have been down to a little above 8 with my ford on 75mph road .
Then its hard to find a place to fuel up .
Then its got to be set up and leveled.
I get the joy of pulling a trailer enough already , dont want to pull one on vacation
.
Everyone has their own way to do things .
Then there is the waste tanks to empty .
Id say we could be at least 100 miles away in wifes Suv before i could get hooked up to camper.
Plus the cost , a decent one is gonna be some $
You wont use it near as much as you think .
I was very happy to see it go .
We do ( or did ) travel a little bit . Got no one to check cows now .
B&b is the way to go , i think its cheaper | |
