If we depended on weather forecasts and "waiting" for the better day to spray, we'd have been parked since about April......of 2025!
If it's not windy and you don't need a sweatshirt, then we spray.
It's been 0-10% humidity here since early spring. 
Spray when one can. Something else always comes along to mess up your planned "wait until tomorrow".
