Do you investigation. Trip to Elkhart would be very informative. Look at axles, tires, insulation package, quality of cabinets, carpet, siding, rear bumper. Avoid rubber roof.
Have an older Holiday Rambler that is aluminum framed, not wood. Converted to gooseneck. Just keeps going.
If heavily used, go 50 amp and two A/C's.
