As I recall there were two editions of manuals. The early edition had the page showing how to lube the cylinder intermediate drive, later edition didn't. It's found on page 85-6 of the early edition. You will need it if you don't know how to lube the drive. At least that's what I remember about each edition. Be sure to check.
