The frustrating part is try and hire it done is a big time suck also, plus getting some one there in a timely manner.
I had a guy hauling a few years back that I was there every time to load him and hauled more loads in the day than he did.
I have a couple good guys haul for me now, but they often have 50-60,000 to haul lined up each month ahead.
