Subject: RE: 8210T Hydraulic Oil Level Flashing

Apologies for bringing this one back up again, but I am still having the same issue. I pulled the switch and tested with a multimeter. There is no resistance when the plunger is against the holder. There is a range of resistance when the plunger is facing down - thus indicating low fluid levels. I have no idea if this is in spec, just merely measuring functionality.
Second, the tractor has sat for 2 weeks. I removed the sensor and there was zero fluid that I could see. I decided to start it with the sensor out and see how long it took to fill up the clean reservoir. It filled in about 20 seconds. I could see a steady rise in the fluid level until it over flowed out of the sensor hole. I stopped the tractor, but it continued to fill up. Way over the top of the sensor hole still filling up quickly. I then put the sensor back in the hole.
I came back 15 minutes later and removed it and it was still flow.

My "assumptions" are the following:

The pump is doing its job. There is a solid stream filling up in the back (seen thru fill hole). The clean reservoir is also filling up at an aggressive pace when the machine is running.
The sensor appears to be working due to resistance changes on the multimeter. It was also installed correctly with the plunger going upright when "full". I also submerged the plunger in water. It floats and is not taking on any fluid.

I don't know where to go next. As always your help is appreciated!
