Holland, Indiana (SW IN) | Been looking for opportunities ---don't mind taking risks IF payoff is good
So STRD a preferred offering (the most risky MSTR preferred stock "the last preferred to get paid if MSTR belly's up")
$100 face value selling for $70 so PROBABLY paying 14% ---MSTR does not have to pay the quarterly if they so decide on this preferred
BUT more than likely the will pay the dividend
Goes EX Dividend June 15 for a $2.50 payment
I think I'm in for some money =-talk me out of this buy
