Subject: RE: Sprayer Section Control options

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
You have several options. Pretty much any system can work with your section valves with the proper wiring.

I would suggest you go with a system that provides rate control as well as section control. I believe you are currently using speed/pressure to control your rate.

For section control, a system needs GPS so that it "knows" where it is located at all times. It can then make a coverage and usually an as applied map of where it has sprayed. It can then use that map to decide whether a section should be ON or OFF.

If you have any other electronic devices such as a yield monitor system, it is often possible to add on to them for spray/section control.

Do you have any type of GPS equipment?
