SE IL		Possibly, but even with sanctions and such oil has been fairly cheap until this kicked off. Fertilizer especially N and P have been hi but K has been decent. Russia has a ton of oil and fertilizer. Seems the world gets pretty good at figuring things out when there is enough motivation ($).
