They wont because its too much work... Cant rock the 4X4 truck if you cant spend the other 44 weeks of the year actually working and not at the beach in Florida or the winter house in Arizona.
Whole reason why corn is the way it is is because there is no risk in it. No risk is no reward or in this case no opportunity for profit.
