Southeast corner. The 90s were bad here too but as a kid through the 2000s, i don't really remember there being a bad wet year until 2009. Since then it seens like we've only had a few "normal" years (2016, 2017, and 2021 same as you). Every other year it seems like we're fighting mud at some point in the year if not the whole year like 2019-2020
