The Flomax or Tamsulosin has greatly improved the urination, last fall it started out once every three hours then 2 hours then every hour all night long, also the urgency is gone, I can sleep all night now. I'd also suggest at least 6000 units of vitamin D3, I started that as soon as I had trouble, it was something all the online docs suggested.
