| Because it’s the right thing to do. Even if you don’t believe it’s stealing to take it (which I do), you can’t very well say you want to live in a free country while holding your hand out to receive socialism. It is pure hypocrisy.
Will my refusal to take it change anything? Probably not. At least not as long as most people keep justifying it. But, it is GUARANTEED to never change as long as everyone keeps taking what they can get. We all know that no politician is going to put a stop to it. In the end we will all have to give an account to God for our own actions, not anyone else’s. | |
