PSA test is a benchmark, many things can effect a PSA, some medications, exercise, riding a bike the day before, sexual activity, I have a friend whose PSA was up to 20, they've done a biopsy, MRI, petscan, and can find no evidence of cancer, so the only thing I did leading up to my last test was ride in the planter tractor for 10 days straight, 12 hours a day, hopefully August 4th through the 7th I'm caught up with making hay and can take it easy those few days before the test,

Has your ability to urinate improved, stayed the same, or gotten worse since you started on your regimen? I've been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate and am watching this closely. My most recent PSA was in the mid 5's. I'm scheduled for another PSA test later this month.
