| Is she logged into Facebook from any other device? like a phone. From the device where is is already logged in, go to account/security settings, check for two-factor authentication requests and look for login/new device approvals. if two-factor authentication is blocking it, there should be a specific flow to resolve this.
Otherwise, try logging into Facebook from Safari browser on the iPad, if the login works, try deleting the app, restarting the iPad and re=installing the app. | |
