Actually we do, it needs to feed cows.

The problem is, the govt decided it needed to get involved and for the past 40-50 years govt policy and subsidies have pushed cows off of the land and that includes CRP.




Again wrong.

Age of producers. Charging western cattle producers $1.35/AUM for years made cattle in the Midwest non competitive.

You can’t feed cattle for $1.35/head/month. That’s why cows/cattle left. Things like crop insurance and CRP came much later.
