In a small company, I agree. New titles, old jobs. Sounds to me like owner just brought in outside management. Sounds like maybe he needed to. A lot of innovators struggle with managing what they built because generally two different skill sets. As far as revenue, it would depend upon margins. Or maybe see potential to double sales.
