I brought one home from Louisville 10 years ago for my wife. Arthritis is the reason, and it does help her some. Ours is the cedar enclosure type and sits in the corner of our master bedroom closet. In the winter time she uses it at least half of the days. It does not cure her but does reduce her pain.
