I can assure you they look far beyond if you were making a phone call. That is laughable.
You could be:
Texting to someone.
Reading a text
Watching a movie
Playing video games
And dozens of others
And they wd know and you wd be liable.
And for the record, 90% of the cops I've met have been good.
They're underpaid and disrespected for the most part.
