The lawyers messed up on that bankruptcy deal.
I have been on the receiving end of several and the lawyers managed to get all the assets in all of them.
Just when you think they sold the assets and you think you are getting .50 on the dollar, the entity they sold the assets to take bacruptcy. Do that 6 or 7 times and see what is left.
When the money and assets were gone, the bankruptcy was never resolved.
