Owings, Maryland 38.6856 N 76.6752 W | Saw this truck in the Home Depot parking lot, definitely too much time on his hands !!!!! Maybe even some extra air space in the noggin !!!!!! When I was leaving the guy was headed out to this rig, tall bearded gentleman with bib overalls and no shirt, probably stopped in for more glue !!!!!!!
