Ron, good question, her grandfather lives across the road from us and is a good friend. One of our friends is a former police officer who works with troubled teens and has worked with this girl and her former employer, my son and the HR person all met the next night. 

The story is longer and more twisted then I can go into here but things are being addressed to hopefully get her the help she needs.
