Southeast Colorado		My son doesn't have a fancy degree, only a high school diploma. But he was making $200k+ in his oil field job after working there for 4 or 5 years. Now he's down in the mid 100k range...........but that's because he has 4 kids growing up and he wanted to coach and follow them a little more. His different position allowed him more time off.

Growing up on the farm and learning those types of skills has allowed him to excel off the farm. That and having his Mom's work ethic!
