I've been reading up on it. It deals with the systems of your body. the nervous system primarily. It's kinds like pathways through your body just under the surface of your skin. Traditional Chinese medicine believes there are 12 meridians that our Qi travels through along these pathways. These pathways in the meridians can get blocked at the intersections. By inserting a hair thin needle into these intersection (ports you could call them) you can open them back up. To me it makes sense to try to fix the nervous system, because it controls everything. whether it works or not. IDK. It may work for some and not others.
