| I had a 95 with the 4.3. Was really losing power. One day sent dad on an errand with it and he parked it about a mile from home at the bottom of a hill and walked home. He said he could make better time on foot (Ford guy) which was debatable given his age. Anyway hired hands went to town for lunch and one of them hopped in and drove home just fine after it cooled down. Unbolted the cat and pounded a shaft through it a couple places and put it back together, ran just fine. | |
