East of Broken Bow | OK, I could understand if the cop thought perhaps he saw what looked like a woman holding a phone in her hand, but when he pulled her over, and her right arm ended at the elbow, he wrote the ticket anyway, claiming he saw her 'manipulating' her phone with her right hand.. What I find hilarious is that he asked her to swear with her 'hand to God' that she wasn't holding a phone in her right hand, and when she held up her stump of a right arm, he told her to use her other hand to swear her hand to God. On the bright side, the woman had her day in court, and got the charges dropped. If you click the link be sure to watch the bodycam footage:
