| Personally it wouldn't bother me. My hometown the bar was about a block from the school, the school was about a block from the church which meant the church was about a block from the bar also.
If I had a complaint about the situation if Florida (and I dont because its none of my business) it would be the 1000' rule. Just because im willing to bet that the 1000' is an arbitrary number. I'd love to see the studies and research that shows that anything less than 1000' is catastrophic to a church. Its the same complaint I have about many arbitrary numbers like magazine capacity, fuel mileage standards, many zoning set backs, etc. Its not like mechanical engineering where you can say we have to do it this way or it will fail. | |
