I think its 40 under at Volga which isn't bad and they had a push (15 cent) 2 weeks ago. I believe Mitchell is at least a dime better than Volga. Not sure how far you are to Mitchell but I would think that would be a good option for you. Otherwise if you're further east you should be looking at the Sioux City bid.
