Seriously, ..Trump is playing a chess game / smoke and mirrors with Iran. There is a lot more going on than you have any clue about. There are leaders that the US know can cause future problems and would like to eliminate. The Iran situation will go on for some time yet and Trump is keeping his foot in the door enough to try and alter leadership change. Think of the BIG PICTURE !

The US follows a doctrine that if they were to assist Ukraine with US soldiers and one US serviceman gets killed, then we are at war with Russia. Does that sound like a good idea ?
There is a difference, we can supply Ukraine with weapons and stay out of the conflict. Once you have US boots on the ground you are now directly engaging against Russia. The beginning of WW3.
As a note ,both Biden & Trump are/were past their Prime mentally & physically to be President
