NW IL | Not all owners are good managers and organizers of people. Some might be better marketers or inventors/drafters. Or the owner is working on an exit strategy. Build the business to be self sufficient before passing it on to the kids who may not have any interest in working in the business.
It's not uncommon for churches with several staff to have an Executive Pastor that's different from the founding or Teaching Pastor.
Often CEO pay scales with company revenue, so my guess is that the pay might be below average compared to pay at larger businesses. | |
