I haven't watched the link yet but it's a HUGE area. I've been around the Burlington IA plant too. Easy to ID them from the satellite photos. 

I fished the Miss River near Bellevue IA and there are areas of the IL side backwaters that are blocked off. Something about old dumping grounds or lost munitions and don't want people back there
