depends on your walking speed,,so if you were applying 25 gpa with powered rig,10 % of that is 2.5 gallon,10 % of a pint is 1.6 ounces ,,so you are very close to perfect.Winds blowing 30 mph ,temp is 42 degrees,crews can see their breath ,,here now.
