So to me it seems the flaw in the system is, just start a new bitcoin when the old one gets near the end.
Rinse and repeat.
Gold is rare and there isn’t anything else around.
Bit coin, when one gets too rare, just start another one. There is no limit to how many start up. You make money mining then, not in using it as a currency. So the pull would be to startup more?
