but here is my proposal
1. no money to reward bad behavior
2. free travel in the body of water in question, by all ships of all countries
3. No nukes,
In return for the above, the United States will
1. not bomb you into the stone age
2. if you want a nucular power plant, we will refer you to GE and perhaps provide some assistance, but you do not make your own uranium to power the plant....we might consider giving you
the only amount needed to run the power plant.
