I would say for those who rent ground at top dollar your thesis may have merit. For those getting RE paid down, unlikely.
The government handouts, in the end game, help no one but machinery dealers, seed and chemical dealers and to some extent insurance salesman. The farmer is a pass through device plain and simple.
