And if that was the point honest Abe was trying to make that would be a valid position. Abe was trying to say that the "social welfare country" of Canada has fuel far more expensive than our domestic fuel supply.
This is the very reason we have an exchange rate. To see the price difference between the currency and by extension goods and services.
Already spent $80 billion on Iran....
