Valparaiso, NE | C10000 chargers that come with the t60 need at least 12kw of generator capacity, preferably 14kw. You need 7kw per input of 240v power. You can connect each input to a separate generator. Your charger is running out of AC power and downshifting into slow charge. Try it on grid power in your shop and you'll see how fast it can charge.
A 6kw continuous generator does not make enough power for 1 input to keep the charger in fast charge, a 9.5k does. I was running a 20k, 9.5k, and a 6k last season. 1 full charger on the 20k plus half of 2 more chargers, with the other halves going to a 9.5k and a 6k. The charger connected to the 6k would not stay in fast charge mode.
Even doing it this way i needed to stagger the timing of when i put a battery in the charger to keep from overloading the 20k generator.
2 drones, 3 chargers, 6 batteries. | |
