WC MN | I’ve been 85% conventional corn for 12 years.
Most folks here can get gmo corn to pay. The fieldview and my 10 bag challenge (don’t bug me for two years if you lose) has proven the price of genetically modified corn would have cost me 50 acres less ownership over those 12 years.
I did have one variety make it past the challenge but then lost the next year.
So yes, I realize they will price it out of the market, but he asked, and I figured those that can’t live without roundup on corn would buy it and my nitrogen price would come down.
