Delbert and Oretha Ballinger. He worked for AT&T for about 40 years........give or take a little. I think she drove a school bus for quite a while. Their 3 daughters all graduated at Chaparral High School down between Harper and Anthony.
That name(ballinger)rings a bell. I graduated from chaparral high school in 1980.
