mercer county, il | I kinda had my eyes opened a few years ago on this.
I get off work at midnight, so it was after that. Kinda foggy drizzly night, about hit a girl walking on the white line. So I stopped and asked where she was going (10 miles down the highway). Once we got on the road, it was obvious she was tweaking on something, but I dropped her off where she wanted to go. And carried on home. Talking to the neighbor kid a few days later, he said better check, she’s on meth, and sure enough, she’d dropped a glass meth pipe in my car.
Bottom line, I’d do it again, because I don’t want to get an ambulance call that someone I could have helped got hit on the highway. But be careful, and always make sure they didn’t leave anything that could get you in trouble | |
