10,000 acres of corn is like 25-30000 acres of wheat (or more) in terms of land value.
There's dozens of guys around here that blew past $5 mil years ago farming 10000 acres of wheat and I dont know if thats really sizeable in today's world.
10,000 acres of corn is a whole different ballgame.
Storage, dryer, high $ row crop equipment, more trucks, more help
