S Illinois | Yes it’s over. What people forget is prices were high/carryout low after the 2011 crop. So when 2012 hit it was 2 years worth of rationing needed.
This year 2+billion is looking for a home and the market has to incentivize someone to carry those bushels. Easiest and most convenient way is to decrease front month futures and get carry to a high enough level to let commercials store it.
Edit: Not saying to dump it today but definitely sell basis strength and 4.65-4.70 board offers.
