Middlesex County, Ontario | You can't split a serial connection. The connectors have serial as well as other connections on them, they don't split the serial connection.
The COM connector (rectangular DB9) on the Trimble 500 has a serial connection and keypad connections. This is the serial connection that must be used to receive RTK corrections. Use your Trimble splitter harness, which splits the serial from the keypad signals, and connect your keypad and correction source here.
Your Integra serial needs to connect to the leftover serial port on the AUX connector, the circular connector that feeds EZ steer. I believe there's a tap in the EZ steer harness already? Or you need a Deutsch - DB9 harness, I can't remember.
Whether that Aman NMEA BT device can pull RTCM RTK corrections and stick them into your 500, I don't know. But if it can, it needs to be into the COM port.
