East of Broken Bow | I have a solar one, never messed with a battery. Not sure if it is fully powered by the arc, or if it has some sort of battery that the solar cell charges, but had it maybe 10 years and never messed with a battery.
My welding habits are sporadic, might do a big project and run 20 pounds of wire in a couple days, might not weld again for 2 weeks, and then just a patch job on something. I'm actually impressed how well it has held up. Was Harbor Freights middle of the road helmet at the time. | |
