| Actually for around here, it would have brought 12-13k a year or 2 ago but recent land auctions seem to point to the top is in and land has softened.
The land that no sale recently, the best piece was 10.5k and the piece I was told this same person held the high bid was 8kish. It was rougher ground but not terrible. I understand the seller wanted 16k which ain't happening here.
