S Illinois | Ameren is painfully slow when it comes to interconnection agreements. They don't seem like they are in any hurry to bring on solar installations. 2 years sitting in the queue trying to get an interconnection agreement is getting to be normal. I don't have any inside information as to what Ameren is thinking as perhaps the solar companies aren't providing enough information or the engineering/numbers don't work for them, but its a slow process trying to get hooked into Ameren's system.
Edit: This would be for commercial scale(30+ acres). I don't know how they are with individual hook ups.
