I've been approached about wind 4 times. Each time the electricity was going to be exported east instead of staying within the area. There are a lot of data centers being built, especially in the east, so my guess is Ameren electricity is now being exported that direction, causing a "shortage" here and that they are getting more money for the exported power. I got the same letter.
