Start from the outside on the tin. Get it marked and square at four corners. Chalkline as mentioned in other replies. Cut the tin first, can use a nibbler or tin snips(will take forever). Once the tin is out use a circular saw to make your straight cuts.(watch for nails on seams). Then break out the sawzall to get through the purlins and foam. Whole thing will be heavy so have it stabilized. The tiny pieces of foam will cling to anything from static electricity so don’t have anything you value close when cutting. It’s a pain to clean.
